How we use your details

Fit call requests

When you request a portfolio fit call, Capvoris stores the details you provide — your name, email address, company, role, approximate number of active initiatives and any note you add — together with the date it was received. We also record which button led you to the form and, if the link you followed carried them, simple campaign tags (source, medium and campaign name).

We use these records to respond to you, assess whether our service is a fit and keep track of our follow-up. They are kept private and are not published on this website.

Site measurement

To understand which parts of this site are useful, we record a small set of events on our own systems: page views, clicks on the call request button, opening or downloading the sample scorecard, starting the form and a completed request. Each is linked to a random identifier stored in your browser for the current tab session only. We do not use advertising cookies, do not record what you type into the form as part of this measurement, and do not record your IP address or browser details with these events.

Please do not send confidential documents, financial exports, passwords or client project files through our form or by email at this stage.
